Whereas, applicant/accused Lakhmeer @ Lakhoo S/o Sher Khan Shahani has been granted post arrest bail by this Court in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Ghulam Murtaza S/o Qadir Bux Leghari R/o Machhi Market, Shamsabad Muhalla, Dadu which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Lakhmeer @ Lakhoo S/o Sher Khan Shahani from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused is directed to attend this Court on 20.07.2026.
