Whereas, applicant/accused Asif S/o Sahib Khan by caste Chandio has been granted post arrest bail by this Court in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Imran Ali S/o Sahib Khan Chandio R/o near Railway Station Muhalla, Latif Shah Colony Dadu which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Asif S/o Sahib Khan by caste Chandio from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused is directed to attend trial Court.
