                   WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicants/accused have filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.66/2025  U/S 302,147,148,149,504 114, PPC of PS Diplo before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Mirpurkhas and after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and A.P.G for the state, Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas has granted bail to the applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.500,000/- ( Rupees five Lac) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                 And whereas the above named applicants/accused have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.500,000/- ( Rupees five Lac) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
                        
                You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other case by any other court, after causing their P.R bond of Rs.500,000/- ( Rupees Five Lac) each with directions to appear this court being trail court  without fail, and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing his signature within two days to this court for record.
