Whereas, the Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Zubair Ahmed alias Zubair son of Muhammad Sabir alias Sabir by caste Bhangar and upon hearing Mr.Ubedullah Ghoto, Advocate for applicant/accused, Mr.Shuaib Ahmed Soomro, ADPP for the State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of 100,000/- (one lac) and P.R bond in the like amount.
