Whereas, the Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused 1.Ubaid son of Sultan 2.Abdul Samad son of Muhammad Saleh and 3.Muhammad Saleh son of Muhammad Sachal all by caste Bhangar and upon hearing Mr.Ajeebullah Junejo, Advocate for applicants/accused, Mr.Shuaib Ahmed Soomro, ADPP for the State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each (fifty thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Hafeezullah son of Ghulam Nabi Bhangar has stood surety for accused named above.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused 1.Ubaid son of Sultan 2.Abdul Samad son of Muhammad Saleh and 3.Muhammad Saleh son of Muhammad Sachal all by caste Bhangar from your custody forthwith if they are not required in any other case, after causing their P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each (fifty thousand) each for their appearance before trial Court and until final disposal of the case.
