Whereas above named accused have submitted application provisionally surety of accused namely 1. Atta Hussain S/o Jan Muhammad, 2. Muhammad Yousuf S/o Taj Muhammad Shar, same application has been allowed, in the sum of Rs:20,000/- each with P.R. bond in the like amount, surety namely Muhammad Yaqoob S/o Taj Muhammad, has furnished the required surety before this Court on behalf of accused, which has been accepted.
