                   WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicants/accused have filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.37/2026  U/S 8 SPPMS of Gutka and Mainpuri Act 2019 of PS Chachro and this court after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each  with P.R bond in the like amount.

                     And whereas the above named applicants/accused have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. 

                 You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other case by any other court, after causing their P.R bond of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with direction to appear before trial Court and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing his signature within two days to this court for record.
