Whereas, order dated 07.07.2026 of Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas, passed in Criminal Bail Application No. S-148 of 2026 has been received to this court vide letter No. 1739/2026 dated 11.07.2026, whereby bail granted to the above named applicant/accused, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused; the same is accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused/applicant forth-with if he is not required in any other case/crime by any other Court. The P.R bond of the accused is returned back to this Court for record, after obtaining the signature/LTI thereon. The accused/applicant is directed to appear before learned trail Court on date of hearing to face his trial.
