The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Subject: RELEASE WRIT INTIMATION.
It is intimated that following accused has been produced in custody, who was facing trial in Criminal Case, upon framing of charge, pleaded guilty to the accusation.
Consequently, vide order dated 21/07/2026, the accused was convicted and sentenced to payment of a fine of Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only). The said fine has been deposited before this Court and no further sentence remains to be undergone by the accused in the aforesaid case.
Therefore, if the above-named accused is not required in any other case/crime, he may be released forthwith in accordance with law.
This intimation is issued for information and necessary compliance.
