Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of above named applicants/accused before this Court in the instant case and crime & after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused & ADPP for the State this Court has ordered that applicant/accused Pervaiz s/o Afzal Jatoi Kharoos, be admitted on bail on their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand only) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicant /accused furnished one Dilbar Ali s/o Anwar Chandio R/O Village Mithio Wahan Taluka & District Dadu, is present and stood surety for above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand only) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of t his Court.
You are therefore directed to release the applicant/accused Pervaiz s/o Afzal Jatoi Kharoos, from your jail custody at once if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicants/accused along with this writ. The applicant/accused be bound down and directed to appear before this court on 30.07.2026 at 08:30 A.M to face his trial, in the above mentioned case & crime.
