Whereas; the applicant/accused named above has filed bail application u/s 497 Cr. PC before this court through his advocate Mr. Teerath Kumar for grant of bail after arrest and after hearing I/C ADPP for state and counsel for applicant/accused, bail after arrest is granted to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs:30,000/-, subject to furnishing surety to the satisfaction of this court with P.R bond in the like amount.
