Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT OF ACCUSED MUSHTAQUE AHMED QADRI SON OF CHATRO KHAN RAJPUT IN SESSIONS CASE NO: 584 OF 2025, STATE VERSUS MUSHTAQUE AHMED RAJPUT U/S 324, 337-A (i), 337-C, 337-H(ii), 504, 34 PPC, IN CRIME NO: 95/2025, POLICE STATION A-SECTION, NAWABSHAH.
Whereas today i.e. 25th day of July, 2026, this Court has convicted accused Mushtaque Rajput u/s 265 H(2) C.r.P.C. He is sentenced to suffer (10) years Rigorous imprisonment for u/s 324 PPC and to pay fine of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand). In default he shall undergo S.I. for (02) months more. He is further convicted for the offence punishable U/s 337-D PPC. The convict shall suffer (05) years Rigorous imprisonment and to pay arsh equivalent to the 1/3rd of the diyat amount notified by the Federal Government during the financial year 2024-25. He is further convicted for the offence punishable U/s 337-A(i) PPC. The convict shall pay 50,000/- as daman to the injured namely Naveed Ahmed. He is further convicted for the offence punishable U/s 337-H(ii) & 504 PPC. The convict shall pay 10,000/- for each offence as fine or in default to suffer S.I. for (01) month. The convict is granted the benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C. The above imprisonments shall run concurrently. Today the accused has been produced in custody from District Prison, Shaheed Benazirabad, and is remanded back to serve out the above sentences awarded to him.
3. You are directed to return the conviction warrant to this court with an endorsement under his hand certifying the manner in which the sentence has been executed.
