Whereas, applicant/accused person Akhtar Hussain S/o Zahid Khan has moved Bail Application through his counsel, before this Court XVth- Assistant Session Judge, Karachi South. After Hearing the said bail application this court has granted bail to accused, subject to furnishing the surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- and P.R. Bond in the like amount, and whereas the surety on behalf of the above named applicant/accused person has been furnished surety as required.
