Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Sarwar @ Kak son of Ghulam Hussain by caste Panhwar vide order dated 21-07-2026 in Crl. Bail Application No.06/2026 filed in Sessions Case No.02/2025 titled State versus Sado @ Nang @ Saadullah Panhwar & others for the offence under section 395, 342, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.64/2024 of PS Nasirabad, in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (rupees one lac) and P.R bond in the like amount to the entire satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in another custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before this Court on 12.08.2026 at 08-30 am positively.
