Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.     

                      Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of above named applicants/accused before this Court in the instant case and crime & after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused & ADPP for the State this Court has ordered that applicants/accused Ali Gohar son of Muhammad Babar and Yaseen son of kalo Babar, be admitted on bail on their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand each) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicants /accused furnished one Ali son of Muhammad Saleh Khoso r/o DC Office Dadu, is present and stood surety for above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand each) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of t his Court.

You are therefore directed to release the applicants/accused Ali Gohar son of Muhammad Babar and Yaseen son of Kalo Babar, from your jail custody at once if they are no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicants/accused along with this writ. The applicants/accused be bound down and directed to appear before this court on 10-08-2026 at 08-30 am, to face their trial in the below mentioned case & Crime.
