SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED ABDUL RAZZAQ @ AJOO S/O ALI GHULAM, TANGRI IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.2400/2026, (ABDUL RAZZAQ @ AJOO TANGRI VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.306/2026 OF PS HUSRI/PABBAN, HYDERABAD,  U/SECTIONS 324, 353, 147, 148 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ABDUL RAZZAQ @ AJOO S/O ALI GHULAM, TANGRI and upon hearing Mr.Mehboob Ali Brohi, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one GHULAM MUSTAFA S/O MUHAMMAD BUX has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused ABDUL RAZZAQ @ AJOO S/O ALI GHULAM, TANGRI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
