Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused BADAL S/O MAZHAR HUSSAIN, BROHI and upon hearing Mr.Ali Akbar, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Khalil ur Rehman Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one QAMARUN NISA W/O MAZHAR HUSSAIN BROHI has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused BADAL S/O MAZHAR HUSSAIN, BROHI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before this/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30a.m positively until final disposal of case.
