CHAKAR ALI @ MACHINE & OTHERS, UNDER SECTION 397-PPC, IN CRIME NO: 90/2024, POLICE STATION BALU-JA- QUBA.
Whereas today i.e. 04th day of August, 2026, this Court has convicted accused persons namely Chakar Ali @ Machine son of Sathi Gopang and Sajid Hussain son of Muhammad Qassim Gopang U/s 265 H (ii) C.r. P.C. They are sentenced to suffer (07) years Rigorous imprisonment for the offence with which they have been charged U/s 397-PPC and to pay fine of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each. In default they shall undergo S.I. for (02) months more. The convicts are granted the benefit of Section 382-B Cr. P.C. Both accused persons are present on bail, hence, they are taken into custody and sent to jail to serve out the above sentence awarded to them.
2. You are directed to return the conviction warrant to this court with an endorsement under his hand certifying the manner in which the sentence has been executed.
