Whereas today i.e. 05th day of August, 2026, this Court has convicted accused Rasool Bux S/O Bangal Khan Magsi and Amir Ali S/O Rasool Bux magsi u/s 265 H(2) C.r.P.C. They are sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life u/s 302 (b) PPC as Tazir. They are also directed to pay Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lac) each as compensation of the LRs of the deceased U/s 544-A Cr.P.C. In case of failure in payment of compensation amount, they will have to suffer S.I. for six months more. The compensation if unpaid shall be recoverable as arrears of land revenue. Record shows that they remained in jail being the UTP w.e.f. 01.11.2022, hence, benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is extended to them. The above named accused have been produced in custody from Central Prison, Hyderabad through video link, hence judgment pronounced with direction to serve out the above sentence awarded to them.
2. You are directed to return the conviction warrant to this court with an endorsement under his hand certifying the manner in which the sentence has been executed. He is also required to return the conviction slip after getting signature/LTIs of the above convicts.
3. Further, the certified to be true copy of the judgement is sent to you for the supplying to the convicts against a receipt so also conviction slips are sent for getting L.T.I. of the convicts and return the same to this Court for placing on the record.
