The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Whereas, applicants/accused namely, (01) Qadir @ Abdul Qadir son of Nazeer Ahmed (02) Nadir Ali son of Nazeer Ahmed both by caste Malik, who is/are already confined in your jail custody in the above crime and this court has been granted bail to applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- each (Rupees to lac) each and P.R bond to the satisfaction of this court. The required furnished by the applicants/accused which has been accepted and One deponent namely Muhammad Yameen son of Jalaluddin by caste Kolachi r/o Village Gulzar Memon taluka and District Ghotki, has stood surety for applicants/accused named above in the sum of Rs:200,000/-each ( Rupees two lac) each& P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if he/they is/are no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking his P.R bond in the like amount with directions to appear before trial court without fail.
