Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of above named applicant/accused before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad in the instant case and crime & after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused & State Counsel, Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad has ordered that applicant/accused be admitted on bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac) only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.
