SUBJECT: CONVICTION WARRANT.
Whereas, in the below mentioned case, the accused named below is hereby convicted by this Court in exercise of powers under Section 243 Cr.P.C for offence punishable U/S 3/4 PEHO, and sentenced to 119 days imprisonment with benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C. The period he sentence stands already undergoned and he is no more required to be kept in custody. Accused be released forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/custody.
