The accused named below has been granted bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.300,000/- (three lacs only) which has been furnished by applicant/ surety on behalf of accused in the below mentioned case/crime vide order dated 10.08.2026.
Furthermore there had been a typographical error in original remand order bearing No.CJ&JM-III/Hyd/694/2026 dated 09.07.2026 wherein crime number was mistakenly written as "163/2023' though correct crime number of present case in which the release is being issued is "163/2026". An earlier clarification vide letter No.810/2026 dated 28.07.2026 for necessary corrections, in this aspect has already been made by this office.
You are, therefore directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime.
