SUBJECT:      RELEASE OF ACCUSED MANZOOR @ PEERO @ PARO S/O LAL MUHAMMAD B/C PANHWAR IN CRIME NO.21/2026 OF POLICE STATION HALI ROAD, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 9(I)3(C) SINDH CNS ACT 2024.

                        Whereas, the above cited Cr. Bail Application was filed before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court, Hyderabad on behalf of accused Manzoor @ Peero @ Paro S/o Lal Muhammad B/c Panhwar and upon hearing Mr.Manzoor Ahmed Panhwar, advocate for the applicant and Ms.Rameshan Oad, D.P.G for the state, has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.200,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.

                        And whereas the required surety has been furnished by the surety of accused person.

                        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Manzoor @ Peero @ Paro S/o Lal Muhammad B/c Panhwar from you custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Two Lacs) and P.R bond in the like amount  for his appearance before trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
