Whereas in the above bail application, after receiving bail application on behalf of accused Jahangeer @ Jani S/o S/O Mohammad Paryal by caste Mahar upon hearing Mr: Mansoor Ahmed Junejo advocate counsel for the applicant/accused and District Publice Prosecutor on behalf of the State, this court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused in sum of Rs: 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand Rupees) & P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
