Whereas the applicant of accused Yasin s/o Zangi Khan Bakhrani, who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 302, 324, 337-H(ii), F(iii), 114, 148, 149 PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of advocate for the applicant/accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two Hundred Thousand Only), and P.R bond in the like amount. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.
