Whereas the accused person namely Muhammad Qadeer Khan S/o Muhammad Raheem Khan have been convicted U/sec. 243 of Cr.P.C & sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment equivalent to the period already undergone during the trial and pre-conviction custody. The accused is also given benefit of Section 382-B of Cr.P.C.
