Whereas, accused namely Daya Nand s/o Ram Chand Hindu, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred sections, has been granted bail by this court subject to furnishing of solvent surety in the sum of Rs:100,000/- (One Lac rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this court. One deponent namely Parshotam s/o Ram Chandar Hindu, r/o Dhong Mohalla Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
