Whereas the applicants/accused Wahid Bux @ Qaderi s/o Akllah Dino Janghwani, who was remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section: 324, 337-A(i), F(i), 114, 148, 149, 504 PPC bail application of accused granted by The Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court same is accepted by this Court.
You are hereby, directed and authorized to release the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if they are no more required by you in any other case/crime after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) for his appearance before trail Court.
