Whereas the below named accused persons have moved an application under section 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail before this court in the below mentioned case and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named accused persons , bail have been granted to the below named accused persons subject to furnishing solvent sureties in the sum of Rs:20,000/-each, with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas the below named accused persons have furnished the required sureties in the sum of Rs:20,000/-each with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the below named accused persons forthwith if they are not required in any other case/crime after causing their P.R. bonds in the sum of Rs: 20,000/-each, for their appearance and the same be submitted to this court within two days for record, without fail.
