The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Subject: ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.
Whereas the below named accused/convicted prisoners were convicted by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I Moro vide judgment dated. 01.08.2026 and sentenced him/them R.I for period of two years and to pay a fine of Rs. 200,000/- in default, thereof, he/they will serve simple imprisonment for period of six months in addition to his/their substance sentence.
And whereas, appeal of above below accused/convicted prisoners has been allowed and modified the sentence to already undergone.
You are, hereby directed to release the below named accused/convicted prisoners forth with, if he/they is/are no more required in any other custody case by any other court of law.
