Whereas, accused namely 1.Abdul Jabbar son of Paro, (In B.A & Order written as Bharo), 2.Muhammad Bux son of Basro @ Mithal both by caste Khoso, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred sections has been granted bail by this court subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:30,000/- (Thirty thousand only) each and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of trail/this court. The deponent namely Mithal son of Taj Muhammad by caste Khoso r/o Village Bhandki Taluka and District Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in other case/crime.
