Subject:         RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.

                    WHEREAS, accused (1) Zaheer Ahmed son of Nazeer Ahmed and (2)  Mansoor Ahmed son of Pir Bux Both By caste Kalwar, whom you hold into your jail custody under the remand warrant of this Court in the above case/crime and this Court has admitted him on bail on furnishing their surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/-each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished by the accused. One deponent Suhrab Ali son of Rustam Ali By caste Hyderani resident of village Pir Bux Hyderani Taluka Mirpur Mathelo, stood as surety for the above named accused in the sum of Rs.200,000/-and P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.

                   You are hereby required and authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if they are no more required in some other case/crime, after taking their P.R bond in the sum of Rs.200,000/- with direction to accused to appear before trial Court on each and every date of hearing withoutfail.
