                    CRL.B.A NO.1156/2026 ALI DOST & ANOTHER VERSUS THE STATE, INVOLVED IN CRIME NO.88/2026 U/S 324, 506/2,504,337-
                    H(II),427,447,147,148,149-PPC, OF PS PERUMAL.

                  Whereas, counsel for above named applicants/accused has been filed criminal bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C before this Court in the above mentioned case/crime and after hearing the arguments bail has been granted to above named applicants/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each (Rupees Fifty Thousand each only) and P.R bond in the like amount for satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.

                  You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused persons in the above mentioned case/crime, if, they are not required in any other case. The P.R bond of the applicants/accused are enclosed herewith and same be required to this Court after obtaining signatures/LTIs of applicants/accused. The accused persons are directed to appear before trial Court on the date of hearing.
