Subject:         RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.

                     WHEREAS, accused (1) Sadullah S/O Lutuf Ali and (2) Shafi Muhammad S/O Rahib Both By caste Mahar, whom you hold into your jail custody under the remand warrant of this Court in the above case/crime and this Court has admitted them on bail on furnishing their surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/-each  and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished by the accused. One deponent Muhammad Akram son of Sharbat Ali By caste Mahar resident of village Sher Muhammad Taluka Khangrah District Ghotki, stood as surety for the above named accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-each  and P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.

                   You are hereby required and authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if they are no more required in some other case/crime, after taking his P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/-each  with direction to accused to appear before trial Court on each and every date of hearing withoutfail.
