CONVICTION WARRANT / RELEASE WRIT.

THE SUPERINTENDENT,
CENTRAL PRISON, KARACHI.
WHEREAS, in the above-cited case, accused (1) Arshad @ Haji son of Abdul Aziz and (2) Sheriyar @ Ali son of Sardar Bahadur have been convicted under Section 245(ii) Cr.P.C., vide judgment dated 24.08.2026, passed by this Court, and have been sentenced for the offence punishable under Section 380/34 PPC to the period which they have already undergone as under-trial prisoners. Both accused have also been extended the benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C. for the period already undergone by them.
The accused are present before the Court and are accordingly taken into custody for giving effect to the sentence awarded by this Court.
You are, therefore, directed to receive the custody of accused (1) Arshad @ Haji son of Abdul Aziz and (2) Sheriyar @ Ali son of Sardar Bahadur, along with this Conviction Warrant, and give effect to the sentence awarded by this Court in accordance with law, treating the period already undergone by them as part of their sentence and dealing with their release accordingly.
