Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused MUNEER AHMED S/O MUHAMMAD USMAN and upon hearing Mr.Nazeer Ahmed Kalhoro, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and  Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, learned DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(rupees thirty thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one                  SHOAIB AKHTAR S/O MUHAMMAD YOUSUF has stood surety for applicant/accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused           MUNEER AHMED S/O MUHAMMAD USMAN from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(rupees thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the this/trial Court on the date of hearing viz.31.8.2026 at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
