B.A was filed before the High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad on behalf of accused ABDUL MAJEED KHAN S/O AZIZ KHAN B/C MUGHAL and upon hearing has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide Order dated 27.08.2026 received under endorsement letter No. 7979 of 2026 dated 28.08.2026of High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one surety Luqman has stood surety for the applicant/accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused ABDUL MAJEED KHAN S/O AZIZ KHAN B/C MUGHAL from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned Court on the date of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
