WHEREAS, the applicant/accused MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM TANOLI S/O GHULAM RASOOL TANOLI through his advocate moved bail application before Honorable High Court of Sindh in Crl Bail Application No. 1532/2026 praying for release on bail.
AND WHEREAS, grant bail to the applicant in sum of Rs.300,000/- (three hundred Thousand only) above case crime with one surety and P.R. Bond in the like amount, and whereas the surety on behalf of the applicant has been furnished in this Court as required.
