Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused namely Sarfraz Ahmed s/o Nazir Ahmed Shah by caste Syed, vide order dated:- 03.09.2026, in Cr. Bail Application No. 1270/2026, Re- Sarfraz Ahmed Shah Versus The State, u/s 23(i) (a) SAA, 2013 bearing Police Crime No. 74/2026 of PS Qubo Saeed Khan, in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousands) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before the concerned trial Court.
