Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicants/accused Moula Bakhsh son of Ameer Ali and Hamid @ Hamid Ali son of Tharo Khan @ Manthar both by caste Buledi vide order dated 07-09-2026 in Crl. Bail Application No.1330/2026 titled Moula Bakhsh Buledi & another for the offence under section 324, 114, 337-Hii, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.33/2026 of PS Drigh, in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (rupees two lac) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the entire satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith if they are no more required in another custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused bound down to appear before trial Court.
