Whereas, convict/accused below-named was convicted by this Court vide Judgment dated 30.11.2023 and was sentenced for section 24 SAA 2013 and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for Seven (07) years with fine of amount rupees Rs.100,000/- (One Lac) and whereas below-named accused/convict preferred the appeal before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana against the said Judgment of this Court and same appeal was allowed and Judgment of this Court has been set aside vide Judgment dated 04.09.2026 in Criminal Appeal No. S-105 of 2023, Re-Mashooque Ali Gopang v.s The State, passed by Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana.
Whereas, below-named convict /accused has been acquitted of the charge while giving him benefit of doubt vide Judgment dated 04.09.2026 copy of Judgment along with R & Ps of case are received to this Court.
You are therefore hereby directed to release the below-named convict prisoner forthwith in the case/crime mentioned-below, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime, under intimation to this Court.
