Whereas in the below mentioned case/crime, the learned counsel for the above named accused filed Cr. Bail Application NO D-86 of 2026 before Honorable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana which was allowed subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Two hundred thousand rupees only) and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide order dated:01.09.2026, as accused has furnished required surety, which is provisionally accepted today.
