WHEREAS, THE ADVOCATE FOR ABOVE NAMED ACCUSED HAS FILED BAIL APPLICATION u/s 497 Cr.P.C before this Court, after hearing bail application has been granted to above named accused, in the above mentioned case/crime, subject to furnishing solvent surety in sum of Rs.10000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused in the above mentioned case/crime forthwith, if he is not required in any other case by any other court.
