WHEREAS, on Receipt of bail application filed by advocate on behalf of accused Zahid @ Budo s/o Murad Machi after hearing the advocate for accused and learned DDPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the above named accused be released on bail after furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Thirty Thousand only) with P.R bond in the like amount.
WHEREAS one Raju S/o Khan Muhammad Machi has stood surety for above named accused, appeared and filed affidavit along with surety document to stand surety for above named mentioned accused.
