Whereas the applicant of accused Sikandar S/O Kaloo Mahar, who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings U/S 396, 302, 114, 148, 149, 337-HII PPC, and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of advocate for the accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only), and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused has furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby, directed and authorized to release the above said accused from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the sum of of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only), for appearance before this court on: 22.09.2026.
