Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of above named applicants/accused before this Court in the instant case and crime & after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused & ADPP for the State this Court has ordered that applicants/accused 1.Muhahid son of Fazal Muhammad Boosan and 2.Muhammad Arsal son of Muhammd Aslam Abro, be admitted on bail on his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac each) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicants/accused furnished one Muhammad Muslim son of Muhammad Aslam Abro r/o Goth Khando Taluka Warrah District Qambar Shahdadkot, is present and stood surety for above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac each) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of t his Court.
You are therefore directed to release the applicants/accused 1.Muhahid son of Fazal Muhammad Boosan and 2.Muhammad Arsal son of Muhammd Aslam Abro, from your jail custody at once if they are no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/- in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicants/accused along with this writ.
