Whereas, on hearing the case on application under section 249 Cr.P.C, this court has been pleased to pass an order dated 15.09.2026 that the case is hereby kept in abyance till arrest or appearance P.Ws whereby accused whereby accused Ghulam Qadir son of Muhammad Moosa is released from Judicial custody, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees two lac rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, today 17.09.2026, the required surety has been furnished by the applicant/accused, one Nazer Ahmed son of Punhal Khan resident of village Haji Khaorose PO Arain district sukkur stood surety for accused, which has been accepted by this court.
You are therefore, directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime and direct the accused to appear before this court before trThis court if and when required.
