Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused namely Islam Khatoon w/o Mithal by caste Shabrani Chandio, vide order dated:- 18.09.2026, in Bail Application No. 1388/2026, Re- Islam Khatoon Chandio Versus The State, u/s 302, 458, 324, 148 & 149-PPC, bearing Police Crime No. 58/2026 of PS Behram, in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousands) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if she is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before the concerned trial Court.
