Nadir son of Muhammad by caste Brohi is acquitted u/s:- 265-K Cr.P.C by this Court, vide order dated. 19.09.2026, involved in Sessions Case No: 81/2025, Re- State Versus Ahmed Brohi and onother, for offences u/s:- 302, 311 & 34-PPC, bearing Police Crime No:- 93/2024 of Police Station Sijawal.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused person in above noted case/crime forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime.
